How can I update my settings and targets?

Simple! Just email us at support@pivotalhype.com and one of our growth specialist account managers will make any requested changes for you.

What if I don’t know which settings and targets to choose?

In this case, we highly recommend registering for one of the 1 hour consultations where we will discuss your goals and help you identify the best setting and targets for you to achieve them.

Can I use my Instagram account while using Pivotal Hype?

Of course! We encourage you to post and use your account as you normally would. However, we do recommend keeping your own engagement (such as liking many photos and following many accounts) to a minimum, as our growth specialist account managers will be taking care of that for you. This will ensure you stay within the guidelines of Instagram, and maintaining n optimal level of engagement.



Billing & Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Hopefully you will be satisfied with the results and won’t need to cancel! However, if you want to cancel your subscription, simply cancel the subscription in the web dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 31st, but you sent a cancellation request on the 15th, even though your subscription will be terminated on the 15th, you will continue to see growth until the 30th. If you’d like to stop the service immediately, please ask your growth specialist to do so. 

How can I upgrade my account?

You can upgrade your account to increase the results at any time you like! Simply navigate to your dashboard and upgrade from there.

What is your refund policy?

If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with our service within 30 days of signing up, contact us for a full refund.
